The Auxey-Duress rouge 1er cru is 100% Pinot Noir from clay and limestone soils averaging 40-years of age. The vineyards are organically farmed, the grapes destemmed and fermented in open top wooden vats. This wine emphasizes the clean terroir driven styles for which the domain is known.
