Romain and Jean Guillaume Chapuis, are thirty-years-young, brothers from Pommard. Trained under Philippe Pacalet (nephew of Marcel Lapierre). They practice classic Burgundian techniques and use very little SO2, minuscule additions just so the wines can travel the ocean.
