The 2021 Bourgogne Blanc has a delightful green apple and citrus nose, with a hint of smoke, but the texture on the palate is luxurious and the acidity balances the richness very well with orange rind on the finish. Solid in every respect. The parcels for this are a blend of Meursault Les Grandes Coutures and a selection on the Volnay side.
